18 Days Fascinating Tigers of India

In the morning we will shift to airport to board flight for Guwahati. Upon arrival in Guwahati we will travel to Kaziranga National Park which is a world heritage site and is famous for the Great Indian one horned rhinoceros, It is the oldest park in Assam cand covers an area of 430 Sq Kms.

Kaziranga National Park serves as a retreat to the Great Indian One Horned Rhinoceros. as well as it is home to elephants, Indian bison, four types of deer, tiger, leopard, among others.
We will set out on our Jungle Safari on elephant back early in the morning in the central range of the park and the journey will last for one hour. After your breakfast, we will again take you, this time, deep inside the central range of the park in a jeep. Again in the afternoon, we will venture out on another jeep safari. This time, we will be covering the western range of the park.

In the morning, we will arrange for a jeep safari in the eastern range of the park which is famous for the Pelican colony. In the afternoon, we will take you on a tour of tea garden and an Assamese village.

After completing your breakfast we will travel to Guwahati airport to board flight for Delhi.

After your breakfast we will travel to Jaipur which is the first planned city of India And is a treasure-trove of culture, art and history, famous for its colour, life style and Rajasthani cuisine and also a city exuding royal heritage and extravagant richness.

After completing your breakfast, we will be visiting Amber Fort which is cuddled in elegant and craggy hills and represents a fascinating mix of Hindu and Mughal architecture. In the afternoon, we will take you to City palace which is located in the middle of the fortified city.
Jaipur to Ranthambore (By Road)
After you have completed your breakfast at the hotel, we will drive you to Ranthambore National Park which is a tiger reserve in Rajasthan and is about 130 km away from Jaipur and is named after historic Ranthambore fortress which is there within the National Park. Upon arrival, you will be accompanied by one of our representative at the hotel who will help you with all the check in details and also will provide you with the schedule for the night safari. You will stay overnight at the resort.

Enjoy a complete day of viewing majestic animals inside the National Park such as leopard, wild pig, dhole, chital and gaur as you will be provided with two safaris – one in the morning and the other in the evening. You will stay overnight in the resort.

In the morning we will shift to Agra and on the way we will visit Bharatpur Sanctuary which is the largest bird parks in India and Fatehpur Sikri which is a deserted, red Sandstone City, which Emperor Akbar built as his capital and palace in the late 16th century. You will also be visiting the Buland Darwaza which is the largest gateway in the world.

Early in the morning we will visit Taj Mahal at sunrise time (Closed on Fridays) which is a UNESCO Heritage Site as well as one of the seven modern wonders of the world in order to catch the sun rising over the Taj Mahal. In the soft morning light, as the mist rises from the Yamuna River, it seems to float like a mirage above the surrounding landscape.We will visit the Agra fort after the breakfast which was erected by the noted Mughal monarch Akbar in 1565 AD. The fort is predominantly made of red sandstone.

In the morning we will visit the Agra railway station to board train for Khajuraho via Jhansi. Upon arrival at Jhansi transfer to Khajuraho which was once the capital of Chandela and now has been transformed into a quiet town. The place is visited for the Khajuraho temples which were built during the Chandela period from 950 to 1050 AD.
In the afternoon, you will be taken on a half day sightseeing tour of Khajuraho, where you will visit the famous temples of Khajuraho, that include Laxmi &Varha Temples, Kandariya Mahadev, Devi Jagdamba temples among others.

After you have completed your breakfast, we will travel to Bandhavgarh, which is one of the finest national parks in the India and has the distinction of harboring the highest concentration of tigers per unit area of forest and is also known for the Royal Bengal Tigers. It was the former hunting preserve of the Maharaja of Rewa and at present is a famous natural hub for White Tigers.

In the morning we will wake you up early at about 0515 hrs and will serve you Tea/Coffee & Biscuits after which we will go for Jeep safari which is about five hours and you will be accompanied by an experienced forest guide. You will return to your lodge by 11am after which you will have lunch. The Evening Safari will start by 1530 hrs and you would be returning at about 1830 hrs. after which you will have dinner.

After breakfast we will shift to Kanha which, is one of the tiger reserves in India and the largest national park of Madhya Pradesh, state in the heart of India. In the afternoon, we will proceed for Jeep safari into the Park.

In the Morning we will travel to Jabalpur airport to board flight for Varanasi via Delhi.
Varanasi is a historical city in northern India and is sacred to Hindus and also one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. The scene of pilgrims doing their devotions in the River Ganges at sunrise set against the backdrop of the centuries old temples is probably one of the most impressive sights in the world.
Attend the Evening AARTI CEREMONY at the banks of Ganges.

Early morning at the time of sunrise take a boat ride on the River Ganges and see the Ghats where people ritually cleansing their sins. While on the boat you will also see the cremation ceremonies of dead bodies as per Hindu Rituals.
Later after breakfast proceed for city tour of Varanasi where you will visit the Vishwanath Golden Temple, the abode of great God Shiva, Bharat Mata Temple, among many others.
Later we will be visiting Sarnath which is one of the holiest Buddhist sites in the world, where Buddha preached his first Sermon in 590 BC.

In the morning we will shift to Varanasi airport to board flight for Delhi where in the evening we will be in Old Delhi, where we will take you to the Red Fort, which was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in 1638 of the Mughal Dynasty along with Jama Masjid, the mosque also built by Shah Jahan and is the largest in India. Also you can go for a popular Bazaar Walk in Old Delhi which will take you to the busy and lively Chandni Chowk area.

After completing your breakfast, in New Delhi, we will visit to the Qutub Complex in order to travel back to the time when Islamic rule had just begun in Delhi. From there, you can move on to Lutyens Delhi, in order to cover monuments that reflect the spirit of independent India such as The President’s House, Parliament and India Gate Memorial among others.
Later in the evening as per your flight schedule we will drop you at the airport to board flight for hometown with sweet memories of the Tour. Please allow a minimum of 2 ½ hours for flight check-in formalities at the airport.
